1 lbs Salmon filets
1 clove Garlic, choppes
2 tablespoons Onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons white Pepper
2/4 teaspooons Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
Combine seasoning and spread over the fish
Bake for around 25 minutes at 350F until its finish
