Chicken stock


5 lbs chicken feets

3 carrots

1 onion

1 stalk celery

Water to cover

Prepare the chicken feet if they are whole (boil for 5 minutes, remove the yellow skin and cut of the toe nails.

Bring the chicken feet along with the other ingredients to simmer and let it simmer for at least 4 hours.

If you add a couple of chicken legs it will become even tastier! I usually add 5 chicken necks and 2 chicken legs.


This gel very good because of the chicken feets and it taste lovely! I will eat it with spoon!

Can also be made in a pressure cooker. Pressure cook it for 1,5 hour!

Its very good to add 1 clove garlic and about 10 peppers corns. (Thats not allowed on intro)
