6 chicken legs or breast
Marinade:
1/3 cup thick coconut milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chili powder (scd legal)
1 tbsp garam masala (homemade)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp tumeric powder
Juice from 1 lime
1 tsp coriander powder
Mix together the marinade and let it marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Bake in oven as normal.
Legs: 400F for 40 minutes
Breast: 400F for 25 minutes
