1 lb. grounded beef (I use 15% fat)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp curry powder (homemade)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 lb. green peas (pre boiled)
2 tbsp oil
Heat oil in a pan
Add ginger, garlic and spices
Fry for 2 minutes
Add meat and fry until done
Add preboiled green peas
