Lamb korma

600 g lamb meat (leg/shoulder)

1 Onion

2 tsp cardamom

3 bay leaves

2 cups coconut milk, homemade

1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh

3 tablespoons oil

1 / 2 tsp Paprika Powder

1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp Coriander, ground

1 tsp garam masala (homemade)

1 tsp Turmeric

(1/2-1/3 cup water)


Make coconut milk

Cut lamb meat in 1 inch pieces

Cut the onion in small pieces

Fry the onion in a bit of oil

Add the ginger and spices

Add coconut milk and meat

Let simmer for about 1,5 hours

If the sauce gets very thick add water
