Salted chicken
1 whole chicken (or 5 legs)
1/2 cup sea salt
5-6 white peppercorns, crushed
3 bay leafs
6 cups water
For boiling:
5 peppercorns
1/2 onion
Water to cover
Bring together salt, pepper, bayleafs and water in a box/plastic bag.
Add the chicken and let it be in the frigde over night.
Next day:
Take the chicken out of the plastic bag.
Bring water to boil, add onion and pepper. Add the chicken and boil for 45 minutes.
Let it be cold in the water.
