Lamb and butternut in slow cooker


2 lbs butternut, peeled and in slices

3 lbs lamb meat (leg or shoulder)

2 cup chicken/lamb stock

Place squash in bottom of a slow cooker and meat on the top.
Pour chicken stock over and sprinkle with salt/pepper.

Cover and set to low for 8 hours.

(Optional ingredients: garlic, onion.. that is stage 2-3)
