1 lb grounded chicken/turkey
1 lb grounded beef
1/2 cup carrot puree (that has cooked 4 hours)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
A bit salt and pepper
Mix it all together and spread it out on a brolling pan (so the fat can drip down).
Use a pizzacutter ore a knife to make the squares.
Bake/roast in the oven at 400F for about 15 minutes (or until done).
Cut out the squares and serve with carrots and acorn squash!

Nutmeg and cinnamon should be tried separate to be sure there is no reaction to it.
