3 pears
1/2 cup of water
Peel and deseed the pears. If they are very soft and contains a lot off water its may not be necessary do ad a lot off water. If they are hard you made need more water.
Cut them in pieces and boil them for at least 15 minutes.
Blend then with a hand mixer or food processor
Cold pear sauce with cold baked butternut squash was very good!
