Turkey jello

2 turkey wings, no skin

Chicken stock (I prefer to use «salted chicken stock)

Cook the turkey wings in the chicken stock for 1-2 hours.

Take of the meat of the wings.

If the stock you started with was very gelatinous you don’t need to add gelatin but if it was liquid add gelatin (according to the gelatin box)

Put the meat in a bread form and cover with stock. 

Let it cool in the fridge until next day.
