Pork with chinese broccoli

1 lbs pork (any type, best with bone)

3 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp pepper

1 ts salt

1 tbsp oil

As much Kai Lan as you wish..

Heat oil in the pan and add garlic (crushed). Fry until it start to smell garlic.

Pour over 1 cup water.

Cut pork into 1 inch pieces. 

Add pork and water to cover.

Boil for 20 minutes. 

Add kai lan and let it boil for at least 15 minutes.
